The bar can seat up to 32 people, whilst the no- smoking dining room can accommodate up to 16 people. We offer a comprehensive menu, with approx.40 main courses, which also include meals for special dietary needs, such as gluten-free; dairy-free; wheat-free; and vegetarian etc. (new for 2004)

We were awarded the "PEAK DISTRICT CUISINE" award in January 2004, as our meat is sourced from the Peak District and our fruit and vegetables sourced locally wherever possible. Look for the PEAK DISTRICT CUISINE logo on the menu to see which dishes this applies to.

We have a Children's menu available which also caters for dietary needs. Children are only allowed in the bar area if they are eating a "proper" meal and remain at their seats.

For parents wishing to bring their children out for a drink, we have a large BEER GARDEN with a PLAY AREA arriving for Summer 2004.

After 9pm, if the no smoking dining room is vacant, we can make a table available for your family to sit at. May we please remind parents that it is illegal for children to be at the bar. However, we will make every effort to accommodate families.
